These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the RITSA Health website and telehealth services. By accessing our website or scheduling a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of Services

RITSA Health provides physician-led medical weight loss and metabolic health care to adult patients located in the state of Florida via telehealth. Services are offered subject to clinical eligibility and physician discretion.

Patient Responsibilities

Patients are responsible for providing accurate health information, attending scheduled visits, completing required labs, and following the personalized care plan developed with their physician.

Payment

Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable once a consultation has been rendered. Medications and labs may be billed separately through pharmacy or insurance benefits.

Limitation of Liability

RITSA Health is not liable for outcomes outside of the standard of medical care. Telehealth is not appropriate for medical emergencies — call 911 if you are experiencing a medical emergency.
